The journey of an educator and an Academician has Milestones to achieve and as Principal of G.D Goenka Public School, Sec 10 A , Gurugram; I believe in manifesting my learnings to unfurl the innate potential of the students in a holistic manner. Being a team leader , I am a staunch propagator of the fact that an academic leader is like a catalyst. a spark who creates a desire to learn, inspire and engage the students in a manner that they realize that the stumbling blocks of life are indeed the stepping stones to success. The true strength as a leader I feel lies in bridging the collaborative approach of the learners and taking the knowledge to an experiential paradigm . Life to me is a journey with problems to solve , lessons to learn but what matters to me most are the experiences to enjoy.
