The farsightedness of Dr. K.K.Dhawan, the then Principal of Dayanand College, Hisar resulted in the inception of this school on April 28, 1983.Dr. (Mrs.) Asha Bhandari, the founder Principal was blessed by the D.A.V. College Managing Committee, New Delhi to take up this endeavour of establishing the school. This auspicious day was a celebration where in eminent persons of Hisar, from all walks of life and especially from the Arya Samaj joined in offering the aahuti in the sacred Yajna fire to seek the blessings of the Almighty for attaining success in the venture of imparting education to the children of Hisar City. In the year 1987 the prefix K.L.Arya was added to the name of the school. Ours has been a humble journey from a scanty accommodation of mere twelve rooms to the spacious well furnished large buildings at present.
