This multi-faculty college, which initially offered streams in Arts, Commerce, and Science, now offers quite flexible learning opportunities through various special subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It has quite well-developed facilities, including classrooms, a library, a gymnasium, and playgrounds. Much emphasis is laid on all-round development of students, close liaison with local and national organizations, and field visits and guest lectures to get practical learning. This institution, under the great visionary leadership of Sir Dr. M. S. Gosavi, has contributed much toward higher education in the region.
