The school is functioning under administrative control of GOC, 41 Sub Area and is affiliated to Army Welfare Education Society. Apart from this the school is also affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi with affiliation no. New no. 230028 / Old no. 2328. As for the class up to X, the curriculum follows the recommendation of the NCERT. Thus, Army Public School Jorhat, underlines its noble vision of providing quality education as well as catering to the needs of the defense families.
