The School is promoted by Devi Academy Educational Trust which was started in the year 1989 by Dr. P. N. Parameswaran as the Chairman and Founder. Now it is managed by Ms. R. Jeyalekshmy, Managing Trustee and Correspondent. The main objective of the school is to provide educational facilities in the rural and developing areas It believes in imparting a broad based and value centred education.
