It was started by Mr. Kamal Sehgal, the main goal was to open a school for five hundred girl with adequate facilities. He dreamt of a place that would make children joyful and that is why the school he founded has a logo of a “happy girl.” Hopetown Girls’ School recognizes women’s importance in society and strives to build confident women leaders capable of overcoming challenges effectively. The school creates an environment where students are able to become responsible citizens of the society ready to face the challenges of life fully. It is all about the provision of a caring and stimulating environment in which each child can learn and progress and become responsible and successful, and a leader as well. It is the vision of Hopetown to produce young women who are more than academic achievers but assertive citizens who will make a difference in society.
