Same as bees in the beehive every member of the Learners Community assists during the proposal, development and innovating new ideas for the education field. Members of this active and initiatives community are psychologists, artists, scientists, and entrepreneurs, journalists, and others who gather to brainstorm on the possibility of making education more efficient and modern. As in the case of bees, which work in the beehive in a very orderly and co-ordinated manner the Learners Community also operates in an orderly manner with the view of maintaining and achieving order. According to the school, everyone possesses some knowledge in their reservoirs, and therefore, co-ordination of the people in the society can foster an education system that transformed the face of education. As the layout of the Learners Community looks like the hexagonal structure of the beehive, every element corresponds to its location, providing a logical and harmonious process of the movements of thoughts and actions toward the evolution of education.
