It is managed by the ‘Educational Society of Handmaids of Christ, Goa’ (This society is Religious based Minority Institution registered under the Societies Registrar, Panjim, under the societies Registration Act 1960 under Registration No. 409/R.S/39/73) i.e. Education to Catholic Students, but all others are admitted and treated with equal right provided they conform to the rules of the School.
