It was not even up to a decade that the school only had just a few students and it slowly expanded. Plot was bought by 1988 and the building of the school was done by 1992. It affiliated to C. B. S. E. in 1996 and the institution immediately created a band of consistently excellent performance with cent percent result and many remarkable distinctions in board examinations. Society currently has the president, His Holiness Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, in addition to the Vice President, His Grace Dr. Youhanon Mar Demetrios. The running of the school is in the hands of the School Governing Body while the charge of the College is in the hand of the Priests especially Rev. Saji Abraham being the Chairman/CEO of the Company and Rev. Cherian Joseph as Manager. Being a school under the Catholic faith, an emphasis is placed on the need to teach children good ethical, moral, and aesthetic principles that help in nation building. These characteristics and goals focus on producing people endowed with excellent qualities that help society.
